Women's Ministry
FBC Women’s Ministry strives to prayerfully create opportunities for all women of the church to participate in discipleship, fellowship, accountability, prayer and Bible study. They plan fellowship events, retreats, evenings of fellowships, and opportunities for encouragement for all the women of the church. Jenny Coble serves as Bible Study Coordinator for the Wednesday Night Ladies Bible Studies. Contact Pam Stover for more information.
Participation in mission opportunities such as assembling Thanksgiving Baskets, Operation Christmas Child Shoe box collection and delivering Valentine Cookie trays, is also encouraged.
Men’s Ministry
FBC Men’s Ministry strives to create opportunities for the men of our church to participate in discipleship, fellowship, accountability, prayer and Bible study. Contact David Wallace for more information.
Weekly Men’s Breakfast is hosted in the fellowship hall every Thursday at 6:30 a.m.
Music Ministry
Music plays a very important role in the life of First Baptist Church. Ash Bowers is our interim Worship Director. Our goal in our music program is to always give glory and honor to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. There are many opportunities to become involved if you sing or play an instrument. In our worship services, we play hymns, modern worship music, choir specials, and more. We love playing a variety of music and welcome all who are interested to participate.
Praise Choir: We have a Praise choir. Rehearsals are held on Sundays at 4:00 PM in the Sanctuary. The choir helps lead worship for Easter.
Community Groups
FBC has a ministry for families to meet together outside of regular church times. There is time for worship, praises & prayer requests, a meal, and Bible Study. There are 7 (seven) Community Groups with more beginning in 2025. A few groups meet weekly and others meet every other week. Click here for a list of the Community Groups.
