Principal Function: Maintain Building Cleanliness

Responsibilities:

General cleaning of Sanctuary, Educational Building, Fellowship Hall, kitchen, restrooms, and all classrooms.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting space for all church attendees
Requisition cleaning and maintenance supplies and equipment as needed
Collect all trash to a central location for disposal
Be available for special events such as weddings, outreach events, etc.

Qualifications:

Need to be a self-starting person of high moral character
Ability to work alone and complete job tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to build and maintain positive work relationships with other staff and visitors
Able to maintain confidentiality in all situations
Able to accept suggestions or training to improve efficiency
Ability to complete work within the established work hours using appropriate and suitable cleaning techniques and equipment.

Compensation: Starting pay to be commensurate with experience and qualifications

Reporting to: This position will report to the chairman of the Building and Grounds Team and Senior Pastor
